RETURNS
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused and in their original packaging. Please contact our customer service team at hello@oditti.com to receive a return authorization and instructions on how to proceed. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return authorization will not be accepted.
Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If your item arrives defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item please reach out to us immediately at info@oditti.com so that we can find a solution.
REFUND
Once we receive and inspect the returned items we will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved we will process your refund within 7 business days using your original payment method.
